With respect to the Fifth Circuits and other similar hotbeds of judicial enshittification, a future attainable reform is the enlargement of those courts to overcome EN BANC Fed Society majorities.

This is the long-awaited "final solution" to the MIf- by-mail case started by TX District Judge Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk a couple of years ago, and the Fifth CA decision guarantees that Scotus will get its grubby hands round mifepristone being freely available for all women nationwide who want the drug.

I do wonder how they will get around the core decision in Dobbs that abortion should be left to the states. Doesn't a nationwide ban directly contradict that?

do you think the 8647 indictment against Comey is just an excuse to subpoena his correspondence for forever to support their other investigation regarding classified materials--basically, a search for currently lacking probable cause to indict him for that?

Just wait for it. Justice Thomas thinks birth control should be revisited. The 5th will jump right on that when LA or some other red state says yes, ban it.

Louisiana is likely to be claim that it is banned for whites and required for non whites. Good old Replacement Theory
