"The ruling was 2-1, with Judges Patricia Millett (Obama) and Bradley Garcia (Biden) in the majority and Neomi Rao (Trump) in dissent.
Neomi Rao, going neck-to-neck down the home stretch vs James Ho (5th CA) as our next Scotus Justice nomination...the Federal Society's worst of the worst.
Trying so hard not to be snarky re the Ogles thing but in all seriousness, I don’t see how he’s especially awful in the context of the contemporary Republican Party.
What may be special is that lost.
But meanwhile I’m of the position that the recent gerrymandering may, maybe significantly, have diluted the redness of some Republican districts. If that has in fact happened, I wonder if that’s what got Ogles rejected.
I admit “You Were Always On My Mind” is a great sounding song, but the lyrics really piss me off … just empty, meaningless excuses for being an Ahole.
