The worst case scenario is that one of the old corrupt Justices packs it in sometime between now and the next presidential election and Trump appoints her to the seat as a reward for doing his bidding. It can and always does get worse with Trump. There is no bottom.

What's the actual purpose[s?] of the lethal fishing boat strikes? it's not drugs. Destabilizing Latin America-? Macho lethality strutting around-because-it-can?

More like the last, I think. But don't discount the possibility that it's also yet another way of normalizing governmental violence against individuals. If it is, it's working - the latest strikes get barely a mention in any news these days, and yet they are every bit as heinous as the first one was, or possibly even more so, since the gut utter revulsion to them and their violation of the Constitution, domestic law, international law, and the UMCJ, seems to have all but disappeared. The attacks are now drily noted without comment, and then it's, move along, folks, nothing new to see here.

Curious as to why what looks more and more like an international crime syndicate, focused on money and power, took up pedophilia and the creation of hundreds, thousands of witnesses…..

At high levels of wealth and power:

daily life is mediated by staff and intermediaries

dissent is filtered out

consequences are delayed or abstract

others adapt to please or protect

“Twisted values” values are deformed by:

power without accountability

entitlement reinforced by success

absence of moral mirrors

The same dynamic appears in abusive institutions, cult leadership, and authoritarian systems.

So tRUMP has pardoned the man who backed Iran’s terrorist groups and we are going to possibly wage war on Iran for their reign of terror and treatment of protesters? Are we in an alternate universe?

And please tell me there is no way in hell Cannon could EVER get confirmed?

Looking forward as usual to your insightful and incisive commentary of the Nashville persecution — sorry, *prosecution* — of the put-upon KAG and his indefatigable legal team, ever fighting the corrupt Justice Dept. with bulldog determination.

And there's little doubt that the 11th CA with hand Judge* Aileen "What, me worry?" Cannon a much-deserved slapdown, and order release of Jack Smith's Vol. II of trump's legendary criming.
