Doesn’t that judge know that no one, least of all a lowly federal judge, has the power to stop Trump from doing whatever the hell he wants to do, especially on the specious ground that it’s unconstitutional. Trump will save America, even (again, especially?) if he has to destroy the country in order to save it. (Yes, old rationalizations from the Vietnam war are returning in full force, and it’s all thanks to Trump.)

I can’t even imagine the torment this man and his family have gone through. The latest legal shenanigans are truly mind boggling. The level of vindictiveness shown by this administration is truly horrifying!

Next up, Pam Bondi will try and get a grand jury to indict Abrego on mortgage fraud.

at least Xinis is acting with some alacrity and not staying her orders pending appeal. until people go to jail though not much will change. for every Garcia there's likely 100 others we know nothing about.

If anyone had any notion at all that Judge Xinis' order to ICE for *immediate release* of Kilmar Abrego Garcia would end his torment, a Baltimore immigration judge quickly weighed in with a typical tTump regime tactic for "correcting the record": simply retroactively insert the language completely missing from an original document in order to avoid legal sanctions. Don't ever underestimate the perfidy of this crowd, for they are intent on moving mountains to get their man. In fact, the only way for KAG to avoid continued harassment is to "voluntarily" leave for Costa Rica — where he has been previously granted leave to settle — and wait out a change of administration in the States.

But how to leave without getting clapped in irons because of the open case still against him in Tennessee is the question.
