1. When all of the elements of a crime are present, one can say a crime was committed.
2. When a cop with no better basis than being a sociopath murders someone on video for no valid, let alone justifiable, reason, you can call them a murderer.

4. The freedom of religion or respect religious people does not necessarily extend to a) Catholic b) women who c) are being a lib. The second amendment has qualifying language approximately always ignored by SCOTUS. Similarly, the first amendment, the language of which unambiguous and absolute, now has qualifying language believed but not proven to be there. Because we’re led by insane people.
