The Dems should not confirm any Trump appointed judges for the rest of his term.

The Dems should not campaign on not confirming Trump nominated judges - they ought to speak softly and carry a big stick.

Well, "institutionalist" Chuck Schumer will have something to say about THAT course of action, book it. In fact, if there in fact a Scotus vacancy occurs, AND the Dems have a Senate majority, I predict Schumer (and like Dem senators) will simply "negotiate" with trump on his nominee, accepting a far-right choice short of an outright racist white supremacist, "abortion is murder", or an outright defender of trump's criminalities as chief executive.

Plenty of wiggle-room here for the Chuckster to once again play the anti-Turtle, and act "responsibly", believing that the bulk of the Democratic Party's voters see it his way. Hardball? Not in Schumer's playbook.

If Schumer is still leader after this election, the Ds will have missed a great opportunity for righting the plane before it crashes into the mountain. This is no time for negotiating with terrorists.

trump "will pay" for all those propaganda ads...uh-huh, along with sending out those $5000 checks for voting R in the midterms.

The federal court nominees consistently refuse to state at their hearings that djt lost in '20. Given that, no part of US jurisprudence would be served by Ds confirming a-n-y federal court nominee -- much less roberts court nominee -- should they win the senate. FLOG.

I don't understand why ANY Democratic senators would agree to confirm his judges! I sure wish they would get rid of Chuck
