The reasons Jan 6th 2025 will not be a repeat of 2021 if Biden wins:
* Trump was president in '21. Biden will (still) be President at Certification in '25. All the resources Trump had available to him, including the Dept of Justice, will instead be available to Biden.
* In '21, the high cost in human lives and property damage was because Trump didn't stop it. Biden’s administration would nip that in the bud.
* The '21 riot was accomplished by participants not expecting to be held accountable. In '25, any potential rioters may be less willing to go to prison, and may not be so open to his cry, "yeah, they rigged and stole THIS one, too."
* The '21 crowds were invited by Trump, the nation's President, via Twitter, a popular app on which he had a lot of followers. In '25, Trump, a candidate for president, may call for support via Truth Social, an app with far fewer followers, but would that call be heeded?
Though what you say makes some sense, remember it was not the govt forces t***p controlled that day that did the damage. t***p is already calling for the same thing with his rhetoric. This time the legislature in at least GA and AZ will simply be able to declare him the winner no matter who got the most votes and other republican controlled states are looking at similar chicanery. This time it wont be an unruly mob, but disciplined militia along with law enforcement from states like, TX, FL, MT. And yes if they are successful in stealing the election for t***p they will not be held accountable.
Those gallows were erected in anticipation of hanging Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and other high ranking democrats to prevent certification of the election. Only later did they become a focal of Pence.
tRump's potential >$2bil payoff in the coming merger of his shite "social media" company and the SPAC vehicle DWAC could ease greatly any financial squeeze he MAY be experiencing. Plenty of liquid collateral on offer for a bond, and he wouldn't need to flog any of his real properties.
