So all the s*** we see the administration pulling and getting away with. And for the lay people: Even the purest SCOTUS panel can’t do anything if orders and decisions are ignored.
And, to be clear, the GOP has been committed to never acting in good faith since at least 1995. And the current POTUS is a godfather manque with all the respect for the law that comes with that.
And yet again, all the powers that be as a practical matter is fine with that.
problem is they won't try because more than likely the TACO DOJ will simply ignore them. Just like ICE has ignored over 90 court orders just this month!

These judges just like to hear themselves bloviate. Until they start using their power to put these criminals in jail nothing will change.
