Whew! That was a tough morning’s news. I better go strum my ukulele for a while.

Working backwards, re Yale: Higher education has a lot of problems but they rise from years of let’s say questionable management and, of late, running scared from Trump. Which is to say nearly none arise from what RWNJs accuse them which, by and by, are delusional.

As for the Xian drunk:

I was reading this

https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/luigi-inspired-arsonist-threatened

and reminiscing to Tricky Dick Nixon and the pioneering of the concept that there cannot be any good faith dissent from conservative positions. So after decades of work, they’ve managed to get close to criminalizing non-Republican opinions — aka what happens when the opposition party fails to, you know, oppose and becomes an echo, not a choice. (H/t B Goldwater or his writers.)

No doubt things will get worse before they stop getting worse…

I have been wondering what mischief is being planned that involves killing any boats getting close to it. Why the repeated murders? Some may be running drugs, but why not arrest them legally and show proof? Or follow them secretly to see who the contacts are?

Something is up to keep following this unlawful tactic.

The shitty news just keeps getting shittier...so, now the Pentagon is cuing up Cuba for another "excursion" by "our" military, who are being prominently featured in trump's throwback to early 20th Century "send in the Marines" Caribbean and Central American imperialist flexing.

You know, the adage about "everything trump touches, dies" has never been more true than his perversion of the heretofore sainted US military, now a willing accomplice to all matter of war crimes and subversion of its adherence to the UCMJ, IHL, and the LOAC. So disgusted with the lot of them.

Yes, appears that any resistance/disobedience by the military to unlawful orders aka [ war ] crimes has been and will continue to be r-a-r-e.
