The Court issued no commentary on what happens next, as that apparently is left to all the affected parties to sort out. In his dissent, J Brett ""Kavanaugh Stops" did cite "the complete mess" that the Court-ordered rollback would create, and in this instance he is correct.
Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer is in that position only because the DCCC abandoned the progressive Dem. candidate in the final weeks of the race for the the OR-5th CD in 2022, allowing Chavez-DeRemer to win that House seat by 2%.
Rigging Dem. primary elections against progressive candidates has consequences - including creating more disaffected Dem. voters (such as myself).
