Why doesn't he just say that states that refuse to set up a system of "separate but equal" schools won't get funding for anything? Katsas and Rao have won the DCC three-member appellate panel lottery multiple times this year, and have constantly headed-up 2-1 decisions going to the trump regime in a variety of appeals, many of which embed the "unitary executive" theory. But fortunately, when motions succeed on further appeal to the appellate court *en banc*, their rubbishy decisions are rightfully overturned.
But of course, next stop is Scotus, and we all know the game plan there.
The Constitution is unequivocal that Trump cannot be elected to another term. So I have to interpret what Dershowitz is saying and advocating for is that Trump needn't be elected to serve another term, that we don't need any more elections.
Dershowitz also likely wants Little Saint James (Epstein Island) be made into a National Park and to erect a monument with a towering statue of Epstein on it.
I know full well this will never happen, but a new category of treason should be established to include this regime. They are destroying the country just as surely as a nuclear bomb. If they are not overthrown somehow and soon, we are finished. Just sayin’.
