(For those who followed the protests, "tolerates" is the least possibly accurate word) As far as I can tell, Columbia did discipline those involved in the riot who either breached buildings or could be shown to have done antisemitic things.

C. Columbia grovels to trump and agrees to all sorts of stupid stuff
D. Trump cuts more funding to Columbia
E. Trump claims that "toleration" requires Deaccreditation so Columbia students can't get federal loans. (query whether there will BE any federal college loans, in any event, if the BBB has its way.)
Of the many lessons here, I'd say "tolerating harassment of Jewish students on campus" is a pretty clear shibboleth.
