The detention center situation is absolutely frightning and disturbing in so many ways -- the effects on the towns in terms of water and sewer, the extreme ramping up meaning little to no oversight, hiring and manpower concerns, and the fact that the current centers have horrific conditions with little to no accountability. This is cruelty at the hands of our leaders, punishing people without thought. We have a cohort of salivating sadists at the helm.
