Oligarchs acted in what they thought was their own self interest, not valuing democracy, our system of government or what I thought was our shared values. Too many Dems aligned with donors, not voters.
It’s broader than oligarchs. Besides Big Business, it’s the GOP, of course, the national Democrats, and the establishment media that failed in reportage of every important issue since at least Reagan.
Practically speaking, it’s our entire elite.
And add a critical mass of voters literally too stupid to vote responsibly.

I don’t President J6 to do awful things to let’s say undo the election as much as possible. Ditto Johnson. This is the long game of the nation’s elite taking yet more power from us a locking it in. When Trump is out of power, the nation remain in whatever state it’s in — at best.

If there’s any sort of blue wave in congressional races, I don’t trust 2028 voters to understand that a lot of the inevitable disappointment is due to Trump’s lawlessness and insanity and the Roberts junta’s same. So the 2026 blue wave gets undone in 2028, R majorities are back in congress, maybe with a R POTUS.
Mortifying that such a vulgar, grasping person was ever even given any position, much less to represent the US anywhere. The Greeks must be breathing a sigh of relief that she'll resign. Though, given who decides, her replacement will possibly be worse.
