The Kennedy Center is the most important monument to a Democratic President, and a recent one, so its destruction, or defacement is a critical part of Trump's attempt to build a monument to himself while destroying that of a truly beloved President. This is a time for him to be stopped dead in his tracks.

So shameless, and transparently indicative of this wretched, perverted parvenu's pathological jealousy of

those former presidents accorded honor by naming buildings after them..."I want one, too...waa-waa!"

Don-old trump is a monster. I don’t know that I have ever in my life experienced a sense of total hatred as I do now. The evil must be stopped NOW! Why does the U.S.Constitution no longer matter? I wish we had more words in English to describe the totality of his evil. He is the devil incarnate.

One massive fallout of all those experienced prosecutors bailing out by the carload from their federal appointments has been the monumental decline in the quality of DOJ representation in courts round the country, where judges openly question — and indeed mock — the shabby argumentation proffered by "the government" in case after case brought by plaintiffs wronged by regime acts. All part and parcel of the trump DOJ setting fire to the hallowed *presumption of regularity* that has been the cornerstone of courtroom tradition and decorum for the past two centuries, already, and has given rise to an actual revolt by district-court judges appalled by evasion, shoddiness, and flat-out lying by lawyers for "the government". And of course, all this contempt for legal propriety has led directly to the regime absolutely and resolutely ignoring court order after court order, despite threats of contempt-of-court sanctions.

Well, enough of this...time to issue those contempt citations and be done with it, already.

if only, sadly, they continue to defer actual contempt to empty threats

once again a judge bloviates but leaves the status quo intact. MAGATs dgaf about what a judge says. until the criminals are sent to jail nothing will change

Have we indeed seen the backside of Morning Memo's fav trump regime rogue lawyer, "Easy" Ed Martin?

Were it only so, as he still has some presence down at MAL, schmoozing with the Orange Pervert and co., and perhaps premature to bid ol' Ed a fond farewell.

Like dogshit on the soles of one's shoe, it is both difficult to remove, and lose the stench..

As Robert Hubble wrote in his "Today's Edition" email last night, the GOP would have to blow up the filibuster to be able to vote on something like this "nationalizing" of votes, and they won't do so because the filibuster helps them to prevent progressive ideas getting a vote. This morning John Thune proved Robert right, when he told reporters he is not in favor of nationalizing elections, which he said were better kept to the states. "It's harder to hack 50 different voting systems rather than just one." This idiot idea from a drooling moron is not something we need to get our knickers in a knot over. Save the outrage for something actually outrageous.
