What you have enumerated points to the failure of federal judges to issue timely contempt citations despite getting deliberately played and even lied to by DOJ epigones, leaving all those desaparecidos in limbo.

I don't understand how the "innocent until proven guilty" part of the law is being enacted here. I am extremely bothered by this whole thing, from the thuggery of the "ICE agents" (if they're even that, who would know?) to the detainments and deportation to the ineffectiveness of the courts. WTF???!!!
