Thank you David! So much to keep up on, and you’re doing a great job of it.

Thank you David, especially for Timothy Snyder's remarks.

Of course Trump et Al want Presidential Records done away with. They want no records of their lying, cheating, thieving, and most likely traitorous

conversations. Speaking of which...what about all these Mar a lago cell phone calls with Putin and Orban?

Speaking of Minneapolis, what I wonder about and sort of marvel at when the wondering doesn't put in a state of low level shock is this:

We have videos proving that Good and Pretti were killed in cold blood. The videos preclude any possibility of a credible *argument or claim* of self-defense.

And yet *none* of the killers have been arrested.

Just let that sink in while you expect November's blue tsunami (assuming reasonably free elections are held) to achieve anything on the national level beyond a Democratic majority or two in Congress. (I'm so old I remember the golden age that was the 2021-22 Congress which to say mostly a failure of far too few things accomplish, most of which subsequently undone in 2025 to present.)

Meanwhile, in the annals of Trump Justice®, there was deep reporting on CNN re ex-Mafia wife/presumed alcoholic Jeanine Pirro's failures to get convictions down in DC. To be clear, I was looking at the screen while at the gym and not connected to the audio so I'm going chyrons and visuals. But it seems that the message is it that it's like a mystery. Garbled was that what they were referring to was the failure to get indictments out of grad jurors, not convictions at trial.

Here in the real world there's no mystery. The DC USA brings frivolous cases -- to use the legal term, bullshit -- and grand jurors pass on indicting people for, well, bullshit. Not sure if CNN went into that at all or just left it to talking head to opine instead of having a reporter report the problem but there you go: A little serving of bullshit instead of honest reporting and here we are.

Like with establishment media not wondering why Good and Pretti's killers still haven't been arrested.

Amongst the worst fallout of the FUBARed Sosa-Celis case is the barring of local and MN state authorities to gain possession of all acquired evidence in order to launch their own investigations. There is ZERO transparency within ICE for abusive-agent prosecutions, it's just cover up even in the presence of publicly available evidence showing probable cause for censure...hope the Dems are taking names and preparing files to give justice to victims and punishment for these criminals. Well, hope is all we have at the moment.

Re: OLC opinion on "unconstitutionality" of the PRA...I mean, the DOJ doesn't "interpret" *constitutionality* of a federal law, only the applicability of a given law to Executive Branch action pursuant to same. Separation of powers, and all that. This "opinion" is factually nonsensical, and the first federal judge hearing a lawsuit against OLC action will have no problem issuing an injunction stopping the opinion in its tracks.

I’m so old that murderers —actual murderers as opposed to cops engaging in possible self-defense — would be busted for, you know, being murderers.

Or at least maybe reportage would characterize the killers as killers even if wearing a badge.

But bullshit and worse rule…

I recently looked into what it takes to revoke a green card. The Secretary of State can't do it no matter what "threat to national interests" are involved. He can refer it to immigration court, which then has to allow a hearing and then issue an order of revocation of the green card. AFTER that Rubio can use "national interests: in the sense described in 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(3)(C)(iii). If only free speech is involved, then the speech will have to " compromise a compelling United States foreign policy interest." There is nothing in the news that suggests he did anything of the sort. Rubio can "deem" him all he wants to. There is in fact a process.

It's also unclear whether Godfrey Wade actually had his green card revoked. It sounds like the judge was focused on the removal order. Did THAT revoke his green card?

✨Kudos✨Chocked with MUST READ info! Though I’m not sure how to ‘label’ Holocaust museum’s move — hypocrisy, hypersensitivity, “bending the knee” — on removal of pieces on racism.
