On the "request for certification that all diversity, equity and inclusion programs were consistent with the Trump administration’s views of such initiatives." How does anyone KNOW what the Administration's views are on such initiatives other than the fact that it doesn't like the initials and the words? Removal of references to Jackie Robinson or the Enola Gay? (Those two may have been undone, but only because it is so clear that the Administration has no clue what it actually means when removing them). There are countless other examples
The underlying assumption of the "views" is that if someone other than a white man gets a job or is admitted to college, it must be racial discrimination against white men, since OBVIOUSLY any white man better deserves the position. Is anyone ever going to challenge the "definitions" it is using to decide something is "illegal"--which absent ACTUAL discrimination against a white male, isn't illegal at all.
