Alina Habba, after her ouster/"resignation" as NJ US Attorney, has resurfaced in Palm Beach, FL, as an "administrative assistant" to Pam Bondi, ready to carry on "the MAGA agenda".
Lots of similarity here to Morning Memo's fav, Ed Martin, both of whom nicely and seamlessly fail upward.
As I understand it, they were when they arrived. Some class members (I don't know the numbers) have since passed the age of majority, but are still entitled to the benefits of the settlement agreement.
Given the absurd arguments against counting late arriving mailed ballots, did any one try challenging any ballot counting after midnight on Election Day! Many jurisdictions are unable to complete the counting of all the early and day-of ballots for several days even after the last day that timely mailed ballots must be received. Should the states be forced to stop counting entirely after midnight Election Day?
