The Partisan Hackery inspiring Justice Jackson’s epic dissent is why Jonathan Bernstein is correct. It’s time to say that the actions of this illegitimate court cannot be considered precedent and that its membership needs changing now.

Long before Trump was crapping on the rule of law, the Roberts junta was doing same.

But of course, if was a problem, the DNC Democrats and establishment media wouldn’t be so sanguine…

The current SCOTUS is the imperative reason for dems to dominate in 2029. We must have the house and senate; filibuster reform or death of, to expand beyond this rotten to the core 6.

No more Federalist Society, Heritage Foundation or any right leaning, by the smallest margin, lawyer/justice

need apply.
