Thank goodness for a few good judges who are willing to stand up for the rule of law. Disappointed as I couldn't read the article on Senator Fetterman unless I subscribe to The Intelligencer.
Fetterman never was the same since his near-fatal stroke, and has evinced serious behavioral changes over the intervening period. In fact, who's to say he hasn't experienced related health issues since, e.g., TIA. The man needs a thorough neurological workup to assess his fitness to continue his post.
The fine print of TX district judge Rodriguez Jr on his AEA decision that allowed the tRump assertion that TdA gang said to be "controlled by the Venezuelan government" to go unchallenged is troubling, as it could provide a peg for the 5th CA to overturn his ruling should they seize upon it. But whether TdA is an "agent" of Venezuela surely must be irrelevant to the wording of the AEA, as NO "state of war" exists between the US and Venezuela, and whatever the actual rôle if any of TdA inside the US may be, "enemy combatants" fails the smell test.

I am a PA resident and am increasingly concerned about Fetterman. Would liked to have been able to read the article as well.

DoJ, HS and ICE have
never stated the number
of TdA in the US and
who they are. When did
the US declare war with
Venezuela in order to
enact the AEA? This has
to be voted on in
Congress. I've never
seen a declaration of
war with this country.
Have you? Aren't these
questions that should be
asked and answered?
Trump admin has
petitioned SCOTUS to
help them facilitate
deportation of ALL
Venezuelans from the
US.
