Just watching that brief video clip of Republicans responding to questions from the press tells one all they need to know about this group of political barbarians. Lauren Boebert, my unfortunate and ill mannered representative, is getting in her last kicks because she knows she’s going to be gone by the end of 2024. Her democratic opponent is raking in money hand over fist, outpacing her in the polls, and traveling extensively throughout this large district. She has turned off so many traditional Republicans here that I don’t see any way for her to win. I hope I’m right.
If the goal of the Republican extremists in the House is to paralyze the House and there’s no Republican who can be elected Speaker, doesn’t that mean that they got what they wanted and as long as they have that it idiotic rule McCarthy agreed to, what we have is likely what we’ll have for the rest of this Congress.
I remember thinking when Mark Meadows violated COVID restrictions for his daughter’s wedding he’d be in trouble. How far they fall in their lust for power and money. He lied about a college degree. Rachel Scott humiliated Putin in Geneva. SHERO. The religious nut jobs in House GOP will resort to violence for their orange Jesus (and themselves) @DempseyJoe broke it down NAR is an acronym to make it make sense.
