The following is not a dis of David and is based on my erratic recollection:
We live in an era where there’s essentially *no* major news outlet reaching tens of millions and therefore considered a primary outlet like Cronkite back in the day or the Times once upon a time (and still in libs’ baseless beliefs). It’s all niches now, some no more than blogs.
So that David missed this when it dropped last week is beyond understandable. Can’t expect even the best niche (like TPM) to catch everything.
But just for the record, Marcy Wheeler had the pipe bomb guy as a Trump supporter last week. And to her credit IIRC she found out by going through court filings.
As always, Big Media’s malpractice is really hurting the nation…
Meanwhile, I assume no plea has been entered because defense counsel wants to know whether a pardon will becoming ASAP, mooting need to enter a plea.

That list of movies Rob made (I knew him in the business; I can refer to him that way) that you posted have one other thing that makes it such a good run of success. Each and every one of those movies is one you can watch many more times than once.
Colorado and its laws are sovereign and there's no reigning Constitutional monarch over them, but if Trump wants to be known as the reigning Queen of Colorado I suggest we let him call himself that, just not in a court of law.
