I am very concerned that the missing coverage of all the tarifs leave out that Russia, and only Russia, as far as I can tell, has not been included in Trump's economic rampage. Is this true? With the world-wide blizzard of punitive economic damage, why is no one pointing this out? Or am I mistaken?

Like re that order to get the deportee back from El Salvador, I’ll take a pass on citing to the Balkinization post and just note that a) I don’t expect compliance with a court order and bb) the Roberts court has arguably signaled that they’re cool with the non-compliance.
