This fucking child molester, Donald Trump, has got nothing better to do than whine about an auto pen when he uses it also. No one cares about it. The intention was to use it and it was the president’s prerogative so President Trump should think about other things like how to keep his ass out of prison.
Uhh… I clicked on the politico link which made no reference to the Democrats being unable to run a candidate in the MT Senate race in November. Explanation for what’s happening there welcome.
As for Trump’s reference to Biden’s alleged cognitive decline (of which there’s approximately no proof), well that’s what one calls 100% projection.
To the contrary, the NYT has an article up listing all the other candidates already filed to run for Daines' Senate seat, including the former U of MT president Seth Bodnar, who is running as an independent, and apparently his candidacy is highly regarded...read it here:
1: "The vast majority of Biden’s executive actions were signed using a mechanical signature pen, often called an autopen, as opposed to Biden’s own hand. This was especially true of actions taken during the second half of his Presidency, when his cognitive decline had apparently become even more clear to those working most closely with him."
Never, never forget that with Trump, every accusation is a confession.
2: “It’s far easier to lose institutional trust than to rebuild it. Once courts and the public begin to suspect selective enforcement or strategic defiance, credibility does not snap back with a few corrected briefs. It returns only through consistent, disciplined adherence to the law—shown case after case, year after year. It’s unclear if the Department [of Justice] will ever be able to rebound fully from the damage Bondi and company have inflicted in barely over a year.”—former U.S. Attorney Harry Litman
I lived through John Mitchell and Alberto Gonzales as AGs and felt that those were nadirs that could never be approached again, but I was dead wrong. Bondi is far and away the worst, most unlawful AG of my lifetime. If this is ever a just world again, she will go to prison and never get out.
Of course, the same can be said for most of Trump's Administration, and likely a fair number of the current and recently retired GOP members of congress.
Don't worry about the asymmetry of the White House. Trump will soon demolish the West Wing to build an equally sized combo throne room/cathedral to worship him in
With the unbroken string of failed prosecutions/indictments orchestrated by FoxNews and USA/DC Jeanine Pirro, surely it's time for trump to call back into active service Morning Memo's fav hatchet man, "Easy" Ed Martin, for cleanup duty. Ed's absence has really impacted MM's comic-relief item du jour, and his return would be most welcome!

Bodnar was referenced in the Politico piece.
With the DNC and DSCC, all things are possible but not running a candidate in a Senate race would be weird even for them.
Now, were it a House seat…
