Roger Parloff is a savvy and skilled legal observer, but to assume THIS Scotus will NOT relieve tRump's DOJ from contempt proceedings is ignoring the record to date. Sure, it's very likely that the DC Circuit will in an en banc decision UPHOLD Chief Judge James Boasberg's efforts in finding the government in contempt of his standing order re: Venezuelan immigrant transports to CECOT, but Scotus will grant certiorari on appeal, and are very likely to then support tRump in his "unitary executive" rôle...hope I'm wrong and Parloff is right, but recent history argues against that conclusion.

What’s sad about the Smithsonian cleansing is that Trump et al have never stepped foot in a single one. It’s all about indoctrination of the millions of Americans who do go to museums.
Trump's agenda should properly be called "MABABA" (Make America Blind And Bland Again) but it would never use that name because it sounds as if someone diverse is saying it
trump's attacks on universities based on "antisemitism" is grounded in the idea that supporters of Palestinians "impeded" Jewish students. But they impeded bunches of other students, too--students of undoubtedly other religions. Doesn't that mean the protestors treated all religions equally, exactly as the First Amendment demands?
