Ahead is a lost war, high gas prices and resulting inflation and recession and he’s even distancing from Putin. If he’s winning he’s certainly playing it close to the vest.

For decades our society focused on maximum short term profit. Manufacturing and similar labor intensive jobs, where frustrated and mediocre people could earn a living were destroyed. Of course republicans favored immediate gratification, but with our two party system, and democrats favoring neoliberalism, what choices were available except to be eventually harvested by clever fascists.
Lots of finger pointing but systematic solutions MUST be created. Bad will get worse until media allows new leaders.
