Thank you again for such thorough reporting of such distressing times we inhabit. Only solidifies the need for determined effort by all people of good will to end this hell with hell for the perpetrators of this regime. We cannot forget or go back to business as usual or letting bygones be bygones. I don’t know how Blanche, Bovino, Noem or Vance through knowing acts, can be considered as doing anything other than obstruction of justice.
I looked up the circumstances under which an immigration court can deny a bond after a discretionary bond hearing. They are very few--danger to community/flight risk/things like unstable living conditions or lack of a sponsor (these require showing "no bond conditions can mitigate risk). It is the government's burden to show those apply.
That is why the Govt has taken the position that they don't have to have bond hearings at all. Judges are not buying it.
Your lead photo of Bovino tweaked me to try to find out how tall he is. Consensus seems to be 5'4" -- a pipsqueak with a Napoleon problem. As I type this, I heard they are trying to make him take the fall.

Right now, despite heroic efforts by MN fed district court judges trying to control DHS law-breaking and traducing the 4th Amendment, the 8th CA is seemingly providing a more regime-friendly platform to carry on with its reign of terror throughout the Twin Cities. Stays of judges' orders are definitely hurting plaintiffs' chances of judicial relief from DHS Brownshirts, but the lower courts are persisting in holding to account the rank abuse of peoples' rights championed by His Shortness, Greg Bovino, and puppy-killer Kristi Noem. It's an uphill battle, and so much is riding on public opinion, perhaps even more than in the courts, to force a stand-down of the goon squads...time will tell who wins the PR battles, but the tides are indeed shifting, at the expense of two lives lost by senseless govt. killings.
How fun: a real world experience of watching unvaccinated people having measles! That will be absolutely fascinating, won’t it?
Who said time machines don't work? The Trump administration is taking us back to 1950. Enjoy the ride!
I read Morning Memo regularly but this list of atrocities is more than average shocking.

So dangerous and phony emergencies except by the administration.

And eugenics is the point, isn't it?
