The continued defiance of district-court judges' TROs by the trump regime has settled into a "business-as-usual" pattern, with utter contempt toward the lower courts, and done with seeming impunity...only when Scotus steps in and finds against the government does the regime back off.
But "fuck the judges" has been and continues to be the first response by DOJ/trump, and they just don't care who knows it.
All the accumulated videos taken by private parties and news orgs. of American citizens getting whooped on by ICE goons should be packaged up and sent to Justice Brett "Just a brief stop" Kavanaugh for his delectation, and perhaps a rethink of his opinion in *Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo*, whence the infamous "Kavanaugh stop" originated.
The man ought to be shamed into resigning his seat...but of course that won't happen, and neither will ending Kavanaugh stops by ICE.
