It seems pretty clear that Bove perjured himself before Boasberg's court. Given that, nothing would please me more than to see the odious Bove impeached and forbidden from ever holding any other office under the United States or any of the states. Pretty meager chances of that happening, even though it is well merited - I can't, at least yet, see enough of a revolt against Trump in the Senate for them to convict even so obvious a perjurer and enemy of the Judiciary. Still, one can hope.

Wait, the DCCA sends the AEA case back to Judge Broberg, knowing full well the scope of his intended contempt hearings, and somehow the DOJ could appeal anything he does BACK to the appellate court? How in practice does that work? Maybe challenge a witness appearance? Bove?
