Agent Ross and his "internal bleeding" plaint...so after many days have passed since the encounter with Reneé Good and her Honda Pilot, and loads of videos surfacing virtually giving the lie to claims of Ross "getting run over" by Good, Weiss News publishes an account yesterday from "two govt. sources" claiming "internal injuries" suffered by Ross.
Well, why were those claims not made in the hours or one or two days later to add credence to the "struck by vehicle" claim? Short answer: Never happened. Or, there was a bruise (of unknown origin), call it a hematoma, reclassify as "internal bleeding"
I typed into Google "is a bruise" and it auto filled "internal bleeding." The voice of the American People clearly wants to know, at least the online ones. BTW, the answer is "yes." Doesn't need to be a hematoma.
I am really amazed how these rough tough warrior types turn into such wimps when it looks like they are going to be subjected to any kind of accountability at all.
The New York Time's millisecond by millisecond analysis of multiple videos from different angles show how he could have bruised--his hand. As he moves away (yep away) from the front of the car, he seems to slip on the ice and hit his hand on the hood--or rather the drivers side fender. Poor dear, he may have got an owie then. (I had trouble seeing the exact move, but that's what the narrator said and it does fit).

I have a neighbor who won't talk to me, is mad at ME, after I called her out for driving her ATV on my field. This whole MAGA gang is like that. They're wrong, they get called out, so they double down. It's an interesting response, an interesting position, to never be wrong.
They do it until there is finally sone accountability, and then they snivel and whine and beg for mercy. "Please we're all in this together, let bygones be bygones, let's move on". They deny guilt until they're caught dead to rights and about to be punished, and then they act like victims.
Good catch by TPM's Kate Riga on Justice Jackson's snarky aside re: "Kavanaugh stops"...gratuitous perhaps in reference to the case to which she offered a dissent, but very, very timely, as to remind Justice "I love beer" the consequence of his pathetic obiter dictum re: challenging people based upon their ethnicity, a clear no-no, but now an adopted practice by ICE/CBP goons.
I live in St. Paul. There is no violence here! Other than the violence being perpetrated upon citizens and immigrants by the agents of ICE. Please understand that the people of Minnesota are using restraint even as they observe and bear witness. As Renee Good's widow says, we have whistles, they have guns. Those images from last night are all of violence by ICE upon the neighborhood--tear gas and pepper balls and flash bangs and bullets. The neighbors had--what, snow shovels? And snowballs? Come on! Your comment "I’ve been puzzling over why he may succeed in Minneapolis when he failed elsewhere" and it troubles me. Do not think that Minnesotans are bringing anything upon themselves. We have thousands of ICE agents here, far, far more than we have of our own law enforcement. ICE is absolutely unfettered--they are pulling people over and boxing them in when people are doing nothing more than driving down the street. They are breaking car windows (they seem to love to do that) and cutting seat belt straps and hauling people out and throwing them on the ground and then stuffing them in unmarked vans and driving them off to a detention center. The Minnesotans are not violent. We are not fighting back. We are watching, following and videoing--and those gentle things seem to infuriate the ICE people. And in any case, it doesn't matter. There is nobody who can stop them--except the Republican party. Call Tom Emmer. Call Pete Stauber. Ask them if THIS is what they want for their state.
FIRST 📸 “Federal agents deploy tear gas as residents protest a federal agent-involved shooting” 🤔FFS🤬This image, DHS videos, quotes and images deployed by this regime for one reason—it’s designed to foster FEAR and INTIMIDATION. This f**king president relishes the need to invoke the Insurrection Act. Evil and deprivation reigns— for now.
This administration can’t wait to call for an insurrection. What they don’t seem to realize is that citizens have gone out of our way to avoid that. Once he calls it an insurrection he might not like what he gets. We know what insurrection looks like and the resistance won’t be pretty.
Not an expert on application of the Insurrection Act, but doesn’t the president’s rambling assertion that he’s going to do it in order to quell the protests rather undermine its applicability?
600 Mpls-StP police compared with 3,000+ [ and growing ] ICE/SS agents. Why are people surprised? Unless/until occupied MSP and its captured population receive meaningful assistance, they have only 1 recourse. History has shown that, again and again.
I was talking to my wife in the car yesterday and it is amazing to me that I am 64 years old and only now beginning to grasp that our predominantly white male armed peace officers are overwhelmingly white male supremacist. They predominantly prefer to protect white people against non white people, especially white males against anyone that threatens their elite authority. They are not at all interested in protecting anyone, white or not, from white male supremacists.
This is why cops aren't following ICE vehicles and arresting ICE troopers for their violent crimes; instead, cops are escorting ICE to 'protect' them from unarmed protesters.
Every person that aids and abets ICE in their illegal violence must be held accountable.
Given the threat of implementing the Insurrection Act and given the President's true purpose of imposing his will on a state where he has a lot of opposition there is a balance to responding to the Federal invasion of Minnesota. I would love to see many public officials and many local police officers simply sitting on the street and quietly protesting while still being in the way of ICE vehicles. I would love to see thousands and thousands singing "This is Your Land" and taking a day off from colorfully telling ICE what they can do.. I would love to see Governor Walz and people in his state putting real or metaphorical flowers in the barrels of the guns held by ICE soldiers. This would play well before a national and international audience. One can dream.
So far we have three people with a broom stick or snow shovel, plus some car vandals. Good to know what "insurrection" means. Didn't I see somewhere people attacking police officers with flag poles, rather akin to broom sticks? About 5 years and 9 days ago? BUT, no snow shovels or car vandals so it couldn't have been an insurrection.
Ring is constantly reporting nearby car vandalism near me. All we need to get federal troops here in three broom sticks--likely won't be snow shovels, as it rarely snows here.

The war for our freedom is on. Trump cannot continue, and we can no longer pretend that talk helps.

The Todd Blanches of this world had better curb their rhetoric, or they will incite some REAL insurrection.
Of course, that is the goal.
