David, besides looking forward everyday to the MM, I've got to credit you with your very creative headlines-with-builtin-commentary. Today's favorites are "Wait, Wut?", "Eeesh....". As always, thanks for what you do, MUCH appreciated.
Aileen Cannon's manipulations perfectly illustrate how her approach to law is not about justice at all, as she continues to abuse her position to contribute to an authoritarian political agenda.
SC Justices are actually giving a bit of time today to the - *cough-cough* - "distinction" between "office" and "officer", with the clear implication that while tRump held the "office" of the presidency, he may NOT be considered an "officer" as delineated in 14th A §3. This case is headed for dismissal on narrow, technical grounds...i.e., some real hair-splitting, bank it.
From the TPM live-blogging and wrap-up, it appears as though the Justices are heading toward a unanimous opinion striking down the Colorado removal of tRump from the state ballot, and probably declaring in one fashion or another that somehow tRump carries his own "exception" to §3 (e.g., who *"really* is an "officer" ?) so let the voters - OR, the jury in the DC case - decide his fate.

Thanks David. Agree with KellyG, love your headlines.
Should be crazy tomorrow.
