On another note, and maybe I will ask Joyce Vance as well. At what point could the government ask for a recusal of Judge Cannon or request a judge that will act swiftly? What act will tip that balance?
Cannon needs to go. I wish that Smith would file a motion for recusal or find some way to get her off this case. Only Trump could appoint this type of incompetent person.
It feels like Cannon is doing her damnedest to be sure that any conviction of trump can be overturned on appeal. Or at least of Nauta and De Oliveira. Which suggests she knows that the prosecution's case is righteous.
