“ It’s so striking to see how much we’ve normalized House Republicans abusing their congressional powers for purely partisan political purposes”

In part, because MSM et al generate revenue regardless and have capitulated/enabled lies, from Reagan on down. “We have met the enemy, and he’s us” as Pogo observed.

TPM et al tell stories to too small an audience.

Not a day goes by that one of our institutions fails to hold trump accountable. Why hasn't the army held trump's team accountable for their behavior at Arlington? Why must that role fall to the victim of their disprespectful behavior? And now we learn that Judge Merchan has postponed trump's sentencing until Nov. 26. We have handed the keys of the country over to a 6 year-old and said "have fun, but don't break it."

The Guardian does an

excellent take on what has

happened to our corporate

media aka msm. They

applaud independent news

groups but point out there

are too few with not enough

coverage.

@Runfast, try signing onto

the DOJ and scrolling through

everything they are doing.

Garland is head of the DOJ

and has lots of pans in the fire. Some are not available

for viewing.

Every day goes by Garland looks worse. Any other country Pool et al would get a blindfold and a cigarette, and not in 3-4-5 years but today. Same as the likes of Caporale and Picard.

Do we know so little of history as to not realize the job Merrick Garland has done as an AG in a time when high profile prosecutions are a mind field of political issues. His justice dept has brought and continues to bring historic cases as he has threaded the needle between justice and politics.
