The federal courts have been signaling for some time now that they are done with tRump's divers appeals, from district courts to the appellate level, and even SCOTUS has already weighed in on an immunity claim and denied it. But, the system is set up so he and his crew of ambulance-chasers can keep clogging the court calendars with motions and appeals, however frivolous and time-wasting. There is no longer ANY questions remaining on the merits, it is just about delay-delay-delay, and this bald fact is what is driving the expedited hearings on the appellate and SCOTUS level...just a quick hearing, a quick decision, and move the SOB that much quicker to trial.
