Yes David, HCR cited & linked to your TPM with the accurate data points on Justice Thomas' conduct. You earned the historian's reference because of your job ✍ well done. Congrats.

Thank you David for another great MM for this Blue Dog woman living in a red fascist state. 1 vote at a time we will win.

I can't applaud the J6 Committee enough for the hard work they all did to wrap up this gift to DOJ, who then

moved quickly to bring in Jack Smith to prosecute Trump and his crime crews,

no matter who they are, or what positions they hold.

Couldn't ask for a better more experienced professional.

I cannot mention the J6 Committee without recalling the exceptional CASSIDY HUTCHINSON's witness testimony, Cassidy is a Judge's dream as she was careful to detail the situational context of observations with crystal clarity.

Agree. Cassidy was instrumental with her testimony. That she has not been cowed by any of the brutal personal attacks on her integrity speaks volumes about this woman.

You got it Victoria, personal Integrity does speak loudly, volumes, to any listeners.

Glad to see you highlighting the efforts to disqualify 45, especially referencing conservative lawyers’ writings. And the reminder that there are sitting Congress people who should also be disqualified from office.! This needs continued coverage and disclosure.

Love your headlines!

HCR has always recognized TPM as a solid source, so it’s good to get the public recognition.

I still agree with Andrew Weismann, however, that Merrick Garland was remiss in holding the big fish accountable. Let’s hope the formidable Jack Smith can make up for squandered time and effort.

On Trump and the 14th amendment: the law review articles is 146 pages long! This is something that two very smart people spent a very, very long time researching and writing.

I **highly** recommend that people at least skim through the article itself. I spent about 45 minutes with it this morning and am very glad I did. The case the authors put forward seems extremely strong and convincing. It covers all the bases. It's based on everything we learned in high school civics (or similar classes) ... but sadly, most of us (liberals) forget all about these issues, because we stop talking about them.

In my view, the arguments these law professors make should be more convincing to ordinary conservatives and moderates than pretty much anything liberals could write, ever. It's truly excellent.

Toobin wonders what happened to Chesebro? I ask what happened to him for different reasons (knocking up his friend’s daughter when he was married, denying it was his, jerking off on Zoom) 🤮

We all know, whether we want to admit it or not, that the only reason Milquetoast Merrick felt compelled to do something was the fact that the J6 committee shamed him.
