Thank you David for focusing on Producer Abby Goodman; many have failed to understand Ms Goodman's abilities & potent litigation tactics.

Goodman has 2 lawsuits one of which was filed in SDNY. Both cases were amended 9 days ago to accomodate new allegations.

The Defendants are Fox Corp, Fox News, Fox execs, TC & several Carlson producers. Abby was interviewed on "Deadline White House" yesterday just before Ari Melbar's show. Analyzing Abby as a former Trial attorney, she is very capable witness with a solid evidentiary foundation. Add to these developments, Smartmatic's equipment was only in one county (1) of one (1) state, Los Angeles County, CA. Fox's US fronts may be facing extinction.

I guess much will depend on the strength of the corroboration of Ms. Grossman's allegations (tapes, texts, emails).

Even if all the pending lawsuits are settled, Fox is far too profitable to face anything close to extinction. Even now, Fox is renegotiating substantially higher cable carriage fees.

Irrespective of Fox' future, the Fox audience is a mainstay, and they will move as needed to get their 'outrage fix'.

I fully understand your comment hw; that is wny I specifically referenced only the United States corporate Defendant, Fox Corp. That's the function of a Corp -- to absorb liabilty & protect assets. That is also one reason Abby sued multiple Defendants many of which MUST be defended by Fox Corp under coporate indemnity law.

The UK Fox entities have separate UK charters. Rupert knows how to build a lability insurance mattix as well with multipe tiers. The London markets created insurance centuries ago.

Over the pond in the US, it is Fox Corp & Fox News that are facing existential risk. Abby Goodman is not taking the Fall like UK underlings have done. Let me thank TPM again; this subject at least the discovery should be monitored by all of us.
