I would rather stick my head in my kitchen sink garbage disposal and flip the switch than read said NYT Melania coverage.

So far, I'm really appreciating Josh Kovensky's courtroom coverage. From Ukraine to NYC and Morning Memo. I just subscribed to Morning Memo and appreciate the kind of edgy coverage of stuff some of my other "political" stacks might not address.

I made the mistake of clicking on the Melania piece, and got about a paragraph into it before realizing how shitty a job of reporting this was. I mean, can anyone provide documentation of the last time Mel accompanied tRump to ANY legal hearing, OR courtroom appearance? Of course not, because it's too much an embarrassment for her "brand". And how about the fact that she had the Orange Gobshite carve out a large bit of cash placed into a trust fund for Barron tRump, structured in such a way that tRump can't touch the funds.

Please spare me the sympathetic, loving wifey BS, ol' Mel is as cunning and guided by self-interest as her criming husband, let's face it...NYT has NO shame these days putting bylines on such arrant trash.

The Melania NYT article. This

was an example of why I no

longer subscribe to NYT. Now

they send me Please come

back for $1.00/week. Nope.

WaPo may soon wind up in

the same delete can.

Y'know, I thought the jury members in the Trump NY

falsification of documents

and tax records/hush money,

were supposed to remain hands off? I read 3 accounts

of the 7 on where they lived,

where they worked and other

info it wouldn't be hard to find

out exactly who they are. I

sincerely hope they'll report

any harassment to the court.

Let Trump & his lawyers explain that and the MSM.

Bob Menendez is single-handedly rewriting the concept of *chutzpah* with his "the wife done it" defense, duping him when they were DATING, ffs, taking dinners with people "I dint even know already"...oy vey, Bob, nice try, but no cigar.

funny thing about that Knight memo. It doesn't even mention, much less try to justify, why the bond itself doesn't bind the surety to anything. Until it says "joint and several liability" to the court it isn't a bond at all. Even if it was issued by the wealthiest surety in the world, if it doesn't bind the surety it isn't a bond.

As for SCOTUS, I thought Pregolar for prosecution did

a good job with Alito and his

hypothetical about people

"storming SCOTUS". She proved the point of obstruction and he actually

winced. I'm hoping there's

room here, with the court,

to uphold DOJ.

Again with some clarification: the warning language in the OSC was put there by NYDA and obviously found acceptable by Merchan. Theoretically, there may have been prior discussions during which Merchan directed the language to be put in. If so, I haven’t seen any confirmation.

David, loved your response to the NYT article. I'm here for it.

As with so many of these toadying NYT pieces, pondering the question “Who is the audience for this piece?” is—um, clarifying.

Trump's "Gettysburg Address' is perfect.

That half this country is ignorant enough to think this guy has a brain is fucking embarrassing!
