I get it, it’s becoming dangerous and ridiculous. So sad that instead of standing up for our country, Republican legislators choose to not run for re-election.

Spot on! Awesomely summed up. And I just LOVE the Biden campaign’s Dark Brandon response to the Chief’s Super Bowl win. Perfect.

Dynamite header, David.

I still see the 11th circuit in Cannon's future.😁

The Senate bill is for $95 Billion, not $95 million. The vote should be a simple question: are you for American interests or Putin's imperial designs?

Cannon just gave tRump a new "TruthSocial" hate figure and target-on-back...did she ever read the material SC Smith supplied as argument for putting key names and trial participants under seal to prevent harassment, or worse?

I read the Executive Summary of the Hur report last night and couldn't help but notice that it did not match the press reports, especially on the "willfully" characterization. Then I read Morning Memo and the three articles you cited about how the press screwed this up. Shameful. But I was even more aghast to read how many articles were published in the Times and the Post about Biden's memory issue. Why do they do this? What's wrong with them? They want to elect Donald Trump? It's sad what has become of mainstream journalism in recent times. I liked it better when it was about news rather than entertainment or horse races.

I can't get over the dishonesty of the Hur report, nor the abject stupidity of the media who didn't bother to READ the report and catch its dishonest. Looks like the press thinks "headlines" always tell the full story.

It seems that the press's response to trump's constant harping about Fake News is not an attempt to prove by integrity of reporting that his label is false. Instead it is to embrace the idea of Fake News as an operating principle.

Aileen Cannon is certainly the most biased judge I have ever had occasion to see. I am pretty certain she released this to t***p at his insistence and we will see if he goes after any of these people or makes their names public so others will. And then again maybe that was the purpose. If t***p does that adds the charge of witness tampering.

It's not possible that I'm the first to think of this, and it would be awkward to say the least: Harris could be asked to step aside and let Biden go into what will be a battle, no doubt, with a VP candidate that is strong POTUS material. Someone who Democrats in general might trust to take the helm should Biden pass or become incapacitated during another term as president. Not to belittle Harris at all; she just doesn't seem the right person for the dangerous times we live in. Just my opinion, so don't flame me into oblivion.
