A relatively minor footnote re Smith’s sort of expansion: fPOTUS refused way back ca. 2015 to agree that he’d accept the results of the election. Of course, the media mostly ignored it.

2 observations a) The DNC should be running commercials nonstop about the blurs, with a good side effect of reminding everyone about what really happened on Jan 6, and not made by their normal dipwads that screw up their commercials so bad but made by the guys that make for example the Capital One commercials. Can't anybody here play this game? b) the last timeI didn't show up for court I got arrested. For a $5 ticket. The bail was $33. Granted it was in the 70s but still...

Good on Jack Smith for providing the receipts, but what this tells me is that this was a warm-up act for 2024, and the Dems, from Joe Biden down, should be prepared to engage all levels of law enforcement to prevent another coup attempt by attacking vote-counts in Blue cities within "purple" states.

The reasoning is not flawed. What if neither you nor the FBI knew that your election-denying neighbor had committed criminal acts in the insurrection? You could ID them to the FBI if you saw them on the surveillance video.
