It's telling that DOJ did not charge attempted assassination, my guess is because it's not illegal to hide in a bush for eight hours with a cache of rifles and ammunition, at least in Florida.

Re the links to Xitter to watched third parties’ videos: I’m not sure going to the source—CNN for today’s embedding— is terribly burdensome.
Xitter is still more than just a playground for Nazis and other similarly impaired people because way too many media types refuse to let go.
That said—back to the video thing—I’m perfectly willing to accept that Morning Memo is as labor intensive as David’s time allows. So I’m limiting my critique there to the many. Because we all know there no great reason for most media on Xitter to remain. It’s not a need, it’s a choice.

See the following (from the actual hearing ABOUT hate)--starts at about 2.5 minutes in, his godawful "questioning" of Maya Berry, the Executive Director of Arab American Institute. She holds her own very well, but he keeps at it and even claims she said what she just explicitly DID NOT say.
Can you at least indicate with an (X) or ($) just before the link if it's to Xitter or paywalled? And if you do link to Xitter, please comment to the poster that BlueSky now has video -- they should move and tell their followers!
