Trump’s not going obey a gag order, he’s not going to jail over it, and no fine can be large enough to matter.
But there’s a benefit nonetheless, maybe. Arguably, all his rants might make a conviction likelier to survive appeal; if the argument is improper bias of the jury, such bias would have been incited by the defendant’s wholly voluntary acts.

Threatening voters is precisely what she is doing. I know in the state of NC no one is allowed to touch the ballots in a polling place except for the election workers and the voters and any helper they might have. Poll watchers do not touch ballots.
