As they say, always follow the money. Perhaps this is part of the
reason Fox may not want to settle
ahead of April 17, but it still would
leave them open, to viewer suspicion of culpability in lying.
Even if Fox goes to trial, they still
stillrun a high risk of the same. Look
at all those reactions Fox made in
the depos Dominion's released. Those will be fair game in a trial,
