So, Paul Clements is concerned about "separation of powers" issues in advising Fed Judge Ho on the Adams case. Has he not gotten the memo yet that the tRump regime has virtually eliminated any and all "separation of powers" walls, and remains adamant in promoting the all-powerful "unitary executive" who recognizes NO impediment to act, constitutional doctrines be damned?

The no separation of powers right is at the Gate now. Congress has the Power of the Purse not Musk.

Not quite so. Close but not yet…

Periodic reminder that we chose this.

Anyone, albeit more so our elite and leadership class, who didn’t see this coming… No excuse after his last term, J6, and after. None.

To be clear, I keep harping on this because I’m amazed like 24/7 that a society could be so stupid, deranged, sociopathic and/or infantile to freely elect (or allow to be elected as the case maybe) a completely unfit POS. (I give a limited pass because there were numerous pressures to do so, none of which included forcing anyone to vote for choice. For all intents and purposes, every vote or decision not to vote was freely made.)

Now that I wrote that last ‘graf, I’m getting amazed all over again.

A hosing of BS and trivia from establishment media and/or the spew of sociopathic platforms. Deliberate exercises in propaganda.

Disinformation, misinformation and distraction, all deliberate.

Of course, a case can be made that it was just attracting the largest possible audience for maximum profits but then doing that while ignoring actually informing the audience is sociopathic. Obviously.

On the 'DOGE' Watch, Friday, Palm Beach Post: "Trump & Musk arrived on Air Force 1 for a Mar-a-Lago Weekend." What ... to hatch more "Secrets Act" violations or 250% on-off, on-off-on, Tariffs on Canada?

I’ve followed you on and off since the 2000s. First time I’ve seen you on tv (that is, on YouTube) I don’t watch tv anymore.

What I’ve read elsewhere is that the Cabinet isn’t worried so much about the cuts, but being blamed for them.
